Kenya Revenue Authority informs the Public, Law society of Kenya (LSK), Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK), Tax Agents, Tax Representatives and all persons who file appeals on Tax matters to the Tax Appeals Tribunal, High Court and the Court of Appeal, that with effect from 1st March 2021, the service of the Notice of Appeal to the Commissioner should be done through iTax.
This requirement is aimed at facilitating the implementation of the decisions made by these appellate bodies.
