What is Alternative Dispute Resolution?

It is an alternative method of resolving and managing tax disputes outside the;

  • Judicial process (Courts of law)
  • Quasi-Judicial Process or Tax Appeals Tribunal (TAT)

  • Delays in the conclusion of cases before courts and tribunals.
